  As a former CVS employee I understand all too well the struggles this store is facing. They are horribly understaffed for their volume at all times. There are never enough employees to cover every queue adequately. No one seems happy to be there and do their job because CVS makes it impossible to enjoy. They have never messed up prescriptions and are always helpful when they can get a minute but those minutes are few and far between. As of right now I've been on hold with them for 37 minutes for a simple question. I know they're all doing their best but they need a lot more quality help.
