  Assistant Manager Kristen went above and beyond in turning an unfortunate and inconvenient experience into a pleasant one. There was an inventory problem with a stocked item I ordered online.( Said they had three but could not find one). I needed it for the plumber the next day. They picked it up from another store and delivered it to the job site the next day. I do suggest that even if you order online - Home Depot or otherwise - call the store to see if they physically have it just to make sure.

  Bad customer service. Not enough staff and the people that are working aren't helpful (Same thing in Wallingford). I prefer Lowes a million times over Home depot.
