  I agree with the people who say stay away from Ricci's in Plantsville. I had a number of small jobs which Mike ( the owner) said he could do right away and it would take three days. This was June 16th when I gave him a deposit and we are now in mid August and my job is not done. He did show up at the end of June for three hours and demanded payment in full, and since then I've been calling daily to try to get him to show up! He charged me to install stair railings but does not have anyone who is experienced in installing them and I'm afraid of being out more money. The only reason I'm giving him a two instead of a one Is that the two people he has working for him are good. Buyer beware and certainly don't pay him in full before the job is done even if he demands it!!

  We had wonderful experience with Ricci's Home Improvement and can recommend them to anyone. They were timely and most professional with our bathroom remodel. The remodel was done with such an elegant design, the project exceeded my expectations.
