    I was interested in changing cell providers so i called and spoke with Prez told him the amount I owed for two phones with Verizon and he stated "yes we'll pay them both off up to $600" I told him great I'll be in on Friday. Prez then calls me the next day, Thursday, tells me if I want an iPhone they had a promotion that was ending that day where if I got an iPhone I'd get $250 in free accessories, I informed him I was not interested because I wanted a Samsung, he says said great I'll see you tomorrow. So I went in today and Prez was on lunch break so I dealt with the Manager, Donte, and a female sales associate. As we were finalizing the deal Donte comes up and say "you do understand that we give you the value of the phone" I said that's not what I was told by Prez two days ago. Donte states "we give you the value of the phone and you have to pay the rest", this was interesting considering I told Prez the amounts owed on the phones just two days ago. Donte says sorry that's how it is, it changed two weeks ago to be this way. So I wait for Prez to get back, which he never denied the original conversation, and they stated they would call corporate and see if there is something they can do and would call me back. About 45 minutes later I get a call from Prez saying there's nothing that can be done and says "well don't you remeber when I called you yesterday and told you the deal was changing?" And I then informed him that I did not appreciate being lied too and that that is NOT what he was calling for, he called me about an iPhone deal. I also called corporate and they stated that there has been no change to the that deal. I then ask to speak witg the "manager" again and tell him what just happened and that now Prez was lying about the conversations and he says "well, im speechless and will be having a talk with him" As a potential customer this is NOT enough so I asked Donte for the district managers number and he refused to give me his email or his number. So now here is am writing a review to tell everyone to stay away from these unprofessional liars. There's more to this story but it's so long already, just stay away. Oh and I will be calling the district manager, I'll get hisome number another way, and filing a formal complain with corporate.
