  Steve,Matt, and his staff are all amazing. They helped me resolve an issue with Verizon that happened after I bought a phone from a different store. After the way I was treated, I will only shop at this store. These guys are awesome!

  I have been dealing with this Verizon store for most of my Verizon years which is a long time. My most recent experience was with Andrew. My boyfriend needed a new phone and he was more than accommodating setting everything up for us, transferring photos videos from 2 old phones onto the new phone. He even offered to drop it off at our house when it was ready for pick up. He gave us discounts on accessories and we felt we were treated with respect and honesty. I will never shop for another phone anywhere else. It's all about the service!!!!!
